The deterioration of the product is part of the conditions agreed by QARA and the client at the time of purchase. Once the merchandise has been received, and after verifying that the reported discrepancies are real, QARA will proceed to pay the corresponding amount by the same means of payment used in the order, including, if applicable, the shipping costs borne by the client.
