“For me, wellbeing is life” Sara Rodés, typwell co-founder
A couple of years ago, Sara Rodés said in an interview that all her life she has wanted to help others. That wish became a reality thanks to typwell, a health and wellbeing platform that she co-founded and through which she is trying to turn selfcare into an accessible luxury.
Sara, who is also a health coach and yoga teacher, tells us that, for her, wellbeing is life. Here at Qara, just like at typwell, we believe in the benefits of living in balance, focusing equally on our mental, emotional and physical health.
With this in mind, Sara answers our mini wellness questionnaire:
A word that describes you
A favorite wellness ritual (or one you would like to try)
Massages, without a doubt my favorite thing in the world. (And meditating, because it’s a daily need for me).
A habit you’d like to adopt (or abandon)
I’d like to go out for walks more often; I used to do it all the time, but lately not so much. I’d also like to be on my phone less.
A skincare product you can't live without
Serum and essential oil.
An essential piece of advice you’ve been given
Do whatever you want, as long as it makes you happy. When you don’t like someone or something, make a change yourself and everything around you will change.
A wish for the future
To continue to grow as a person, to be happy with what I have, to start a family and to spend a lot of time surrounded by the people I love.
A person or thing you would reincarnate as (and why)
I can’t think of anything or anyone. I’m happy with the person I was born to be, with the ‘good’ and the less ‘good’.
